We use cookies and similar technologies to collect this information.
  • Information from third parties: If you connect third-party accounts or communication providers (such as social media platforms or email providers, including Gmail) to CreaSeed, we collect information authorized by those providers and necessary to provide the requested features and workflows. Depending on the provider and permissions granted, this may include account identifiers, profile information, messages, message metadata, conversation identifiers, labels or categorization metadata, and communication history associated with workflows initiated or managed through the Service. We also use third-party payment processors (like Stripe) to handle payments; we do not store your credit card details.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information for the following purposes:

  • To provide, maintain, and improve our Service.
  • To communicate with you, including sending service-related announcements and responding to your inquiries.
  • To Provide Communication Workflows: If you connect third-party communication providers, we use authorized communication data to support workflows initiated or managed through the Service, including sending user-approved communications, retrieving replies, maintaining conversation continuity, limiting synchronization to workflow-relevant conversations, and generating AI-assisted draft responses for user review and approval. CreaSeed is not designed to provide generalized inbox or mailbox management functionality.
  • For security, fraud prevention, and to comply with legal obligations.
  • To Improve Our AI Services:
    • To enhance the quality, safety, and usefulness of our AI features, we may use anonymized and de-identified product interaction data, such as service usage logs, workflow activity, feature usage patterns, and feedback on AI-generated results.
    • We do not use your Personal Identifiable Information (PII), communication content from connected third-party communication providers, or Google API Services data to train generalized foundation AI models.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with the following parties:

  • Service Providers: We share information with third-party vendors and service providers that perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, analytics, and payment processing.
  • Third-Party AI Providers: Some of our AI features may be powered by third-party AI providers (such as Gemini or OpenAI). When needed to provide requested AI-powered features, such as generating draft responses, relevant data, including communication content, may be processed by these providers. We select providers who maintain appropriate privacy and security commitments, and we do not authorize them to use communication content from connected third-party communication providers to train generalized foundation AI models.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation.
  • With Your Consent: We may share your information with your explicit consent.

5. Your Data Rights and Choices

You have the following rights regarding your information:

  • Access, Correct, or Delete: You can access, update, or request deletion of your personal information through your account settings or by contacting us.
  • Opt-Out of AI Service Improvement: You can opt out of allowing us to use your anonymized and de-identified product interaction data for AI service improvement in your account settings.
  • Marketing Communications: You can opt-out of receiving promotional communications from us by using the "unsubscribe" link provided in those communications.
  • Connected Account Controls: You may disconnect connected third-party accounts or communication providers at any time through your account settings or the applicable provider’s account permissions page. After disconnection, CreaSeed will stop accessing the associated account and delete stored authorization credentials immediately. You may also request deletion of connected-account data associated with your CreaSeed account by contacting us.

6. Data Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to help keep the information collected through the Service secure. However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the security of our systems 100%.

CreaSeed’s use and transfer of information received from third-party platform APIs will adhere to the applicable platform policies and data protection requirements, including the Google API Services User Data Policy and Limited Use requirements where applicable.

7. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
