You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must provide us with accurate and complete information and keep it updated. Do not share your account credentials.

4. Content and Ownership

  • Your Content: You retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in the content you create and upload to the Service ("User Content").
  • License to Us: To operate and improve the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content, solely for the purpose of providing and promoting the Service.
  • AI-Generated Content:
    • Ownership: As between you and CreaSeed, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you own all right, title, and interest in and to the output generated by the AI based on your input ("AI-Generated Content").
    • Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your use of AI-Generated Content. You must ensure it is not illegal, infringing on any third-party rights, and complies with these Terms.
  • Disclaimer for AI Content: The AI-Generated Content is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, or other professional advice. You must independently verify the accuracy and suitability of all AI-Generated Content. CreaSeed makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of the AI-Generated Content.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else to do so. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Using the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Generating or transmitting any content that is infringing, libelous, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Attempting to reverse engineer or otherwise tamper with our AI models or systems.
  • Using automated systems to scrape or extract data from the Service without our express written permission.

6. Fees and Payment

  • Subscriptions: Some parts of our Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis.
  • Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it through your account management page.
  • No Refunds: Paid subscription fees are non-refundable, except when required by law.

7. Our Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content and AI-Generated Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CreaSeed and its licensors.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

  • "AS IS" Service: The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
  • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreaSeed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the Service or any AI-Generated Content.
